2、 Storage

1. The storage warehouse should be kept clean and ventilated, with a relative temperature below 80%. The temperature inside the warehouse should be maintained between -15 and 40 ° C, and hoses should be protected from direct sunlight and rainy or snowy weather.

2. When storing, it should be placed according to different varieties and specifications, not mixed and labeled for future use.

3. It should be stored in a relaxed state as much as possible, and generally small inner diameter hoses can be stored in rolls.

4. To prevent compression deformation during storage of steel wire braided rubber hoses, stacking should not be too high. Generally, the stacking height should not exceed 1.5m; it is also required that the hoses be frequently "stacked" during storage, usually not less than once per quarter.

5. When storing hoses, do not come into contact with acids, alkalis, oils, organic solvents, or other corrosive liquids and gases; And it should be 1m away from the heat source.

6. During storage, it is prohibited to stack heavy objects on the pipe body to prevent external compression and damage.

7. The storage period should generally not exceed two years and should be stored before use to prevent the quality of the rubber hose from being affected by prolonged storage time.
