In order to improve the organization's emergency response capability and ability to respond to emergencies, Jiarun Technology recently launched the Minimum Emergency Unit and 135 Mechanism Communicationdrill.

The minimum emergency unit drill refers to a simulation exercise conducted with the smallest unit (such as department, position) as the basic unit, to test and verify the emergency plans, emergency response capabilities, and collaborative abilities of each unit. Through drills, we can identify existing problems and weak links and make timely improvements and enhancements. This can ensure that in the event of an emergency, all units can act quickly, make correct decisions and response measures, and minimize losses to the greatest extent possible.

The 135 mechanism refers to the mechanism of information flow, where 1 represents "frontline information", that is, first-hand real-time information; 3 represents "three-level communication", which refers to the rapid transmission and communication of information; 5 represents "five minute notification", which requires reporting to superiors within five minutes of discovering a problem. The purpose of this mechanism is to ensure that emergency information can be quickly conveyed to relevant personnel for timely action.
