1. In the structural design of rubber hoses, in order to improve their load-bearing capacity and prevent mechanical damage, corresponding reinforcement and protection methods should be adopted. For high-pressure rubber hoses with smaller diameters, the structure is mostly armored with steel wire mesh sleeves. The number of steel strip ingots is usually an even number greater than or equal to 4, and for manual weaving, it only needs to be within this range.
2. The number of spindles in domestically standardized weaving machines is fixed and not adjustable, therefore, the number of spindles in steel strips is determined based on the number of spindles in existing weaving machines. There are currently 24, 36, 48 spindles of domestically produced weaving machines, as well as 64 spindles specially designed for weaving steel wire mesh covers with double flower patterns; The steel strip weaving presents a "single flower" pattern. With only minor modifications, this type of weaving machine can be used to weave steel belt mesh covers.
3. The practical width of the steel strip is determined by the ratio of the coverage of the mesh sleeve to the steel wire braided rubber hose. The weaving viewpoint is usually set at 30-45. After determining other parameters, in order to have corresponding bearing capacity, the weaving viewpoint can be appropriately reduced. From the perspective of the rubber hoses provided with the equipment, the value of weaving angle in foreign countries is only the size of the 15 weaving viewpoints, which directly affects the function of the rubber hoses. If an upper limit value is taken, it is beneficial to indicate its softness characteristics, but it cannot accept higher loads; If the lower limit value is taken, the rubber hose can withstand higher loads, but it is beneficial to demonstrate its softness characteristics.
Steel wire braided rubber hoses often have unstable appearances in production, and those who are not familiar with them do not know how to make the function of the hose show its stable side in production. Using improper methods usually only results in the opposite effect.
