Jiarun Technology's PTFE thin-walled high-pressure pipe breaks through 70MPa
Time:2022-04-28Page views:3761Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), commonly known as the "plastic king", has excellent physical properties (can be used for a long time in strong acid and alkali working environments with a temperature range of -180~260 ℃ and a pH of 1~14, excellent insulation and self-lubricating properties), and is widely used in various special working environments such as machinery, electronics, medical, aerospace, etc.
Since 2018, facing the China US trade war, foreign high-end raw material blockades, and the impact of the epidemic, production and research and development have almost stagnated for enterprises that rely on imported high-end raw materials. Faced with unprecedented challenges, our company actively seeks domestic alternative solutions and optimizes product formulas and production processes. Through the unremitting efforts of the company's R&D department, PTFE raw materials are made using domestically produced substitute materials combined with our company's unique formula process (performance parameters are shown in the table below). The pressure resistance test of PTFE thin-walled (wall thickness 1mm) composite pipes has successfully exceeded 70MPa, and this product can meet the requirements of customers for complex working conditions. The new product has achieved mass production and is being sent to customers gradually.
In recent years, facing the complex and ever-changing international and domestic environment, Jiarun Technology has always adhered to the company's philosophy of "excellent quality, accurate delivery time, reasonable price, and thoughtful service", continuously increasing research and development investment, overcoming difficulties, relieving customers' worries, and striving to break through technological bottlenecks in the industry.
